Created an ERP system for MannaRelief.org to manage their sponsorship workflow. Oversaw the entire process from the initial requirements gathering, use-case documentation, technical specification, through UI design, development, QA, and on-going maintenance. This system is the central system for operations in tracking donors, donations, and matching those with an individual case/ individual, the individual's contact information, product needs, and product shipments.
