Red Bull SoundClash is a Red Bull event where two bands play on opposing stages with the crowd in the middle. In this case, it was Ludacris and Mike Posner playing in Miami on New Years Eve. The concept was to tell the story in splitscreen of Mike Posner (left) and Ludacris (right) taking the stage - their journey to SoundClash, so to speak. Then, when they get there, the reveal is that you see the stage, the crowd and the opposing stage behind the crowd. We shot the whole thing in one night, and over the next 10 days rotoscoped all the people out and animated over the video. In the end, we shot, animated and launched the whole video in less than 2 weeks, and spent the following week using the video to create the rest of the digital media campaign.
